Food is my life and, as such, my life is delicious. Born in London to Nigerian parents,
I grew up in Dorset eating jollof rice on Saturdays and roast dinners on Sundays.
I pride myself on making food with amazing flavours without breaking the bank, and
love to draw from my heritage when doing so. I've been in the kitchen since I was just a bub, but years ago I decided to back up my credentials with a stint at Leiths School of Food and Wine. With a Distinction under my belt and four years of sold-out supper clubbing, I am more than equipped to serve up my speciality – interesting, high-level cooking with none
of the fuss and front. As a chef and food stylist, I'll leave you with two things – a smile on your face and some damn good grub.
